Worried about low grades?...Here are the 5 simple tips that will help you score more

Main points to be taken care of
  1. Posture
  2. Environment
  3. Appetite
  4. Planning
  5. Concentration

1.Posture
One of the main features that will help you to study well is the posture that you choose. Always sit erect while you study. It improves your concentration and also you won't get bored easily:) Do not lie down or sit in a reclined position.

2.Environment
The environment which you choose to study matters too.It should be neither too calm nor too loud.A loud environment distracts you whereas a very calm environment makes you fall asleep. So choose a cosy and neat environment which motivates you to study more.

3.Appetite
Your appetite is another factor that can affect your study plan.Never sit for studying with an empty stomach, because when you do so your mind concentrates more on your stomach than your study.
Wait...wait.Immediately don't head to your kitchen to fill your tummy. To study effectively, eating for half stomach is always recommended.

4.Planning
Always plan your work before you study. You can do it either in your mind or you can write it down in your notebook and strike it down when completed. It will help you track your progress.Don't study continuously for hours. It is necessary to take a break while studying.Take a 5 mins break for every 40 mins.It refreshes your mind and boosts your energy.

5.Concentration
Last feature, but the most important feature that will help you study well is your concentration.Stay away from things that will decrease your concentration while you study (for example:-TV,mobile phones, music player etc.)Also make sure you never sit near people who are using these gadgets while you study .Do not roam around while studying. It decreases your concentration too.

Hope these simple tips will help you👍
Cheers,
Baru:)

We are in the last few days of 2020 and it is not just like any other year in our life. For some people,it was happy as they got a break from their mundane life. And for some other it was not so good as they expected it to be at the beginning of the year ( smiling in pain ) due to Covid. But, 2020 definitely taught us a lot of lessons in this lockdown. We are not the same person as we were at the start of the year.  So, before getting excited for the New year, let's ask these questions to ourselves. Are you ready for 2021? A whole new year is waiting for you. Are you ready to face it? Are you going to bring about a change in your life in 2021 or you are going to pass it just like any other year!! Before talking about the mindset and goals for 2021, let's sit and look back into 2020!! So, now stop scrolling...

Your Mental Health is Important

In every person, no matter how good he  is, has  a little demon residing in him which directs him towards evil thoughts.       Yeah!! It's tough time now. We are living a life far from the normal. Man is a social  animal. We  always like to get surrounded by people. We are used to it. But now, we are meant to be  alone. We  have to distance ourselves from others. But that doesn't mean that you should ignore everyone and live in isolation.   STAY DISTANCED BY PERSON BUT CONNECTED BY HEART.       In this quarantine life, we are all buried into our mobile phones/other gadgets. You may feel that it's the only way to connect to people now. But, it's equally important to take care of yourselves.  Self-care  is the need of the hour. Take time to embrace yourself. Your one word of appreciation to your m...
