4 Quarantine Habits That You Need To Quit

Hey guys! I have come up with a new article today, In this lock down,we have developed  so many new habits which is different from the usual. Here are some of my suggestions about the habits that you must stop following during this quarantine.Hope you like it😊

1.Eating outside food
In this lock down period,I have seen so many people ordering food online and consuming it.This is one habit that you must quit immediately if you are one of them.Even before the pandemic,our mothers used to insist not to eat outside foods as they are unhealthy and unhygienic.When it's not advisable to consume outside food during normal days, imagine how dangerous it is to consume it during the pandemic situation.So guys,prefer home cooked food always.They are not only healthy but also cooked with love

2.Binge watching
One of the most common habits that every teenager has generally is binge watching series/movies.This habit has become even more popular during this quarantine.What is even more commendable is some people binge watch at night even till 2 or 3 a.m.They are so immersed in watching the movie and eventually forget their sleep.Why I need you to stop this is because it affects your sleep cycle, causes fatigue, irritation in your eyes and makes you gain weight as binge watching is incomplete without a snack/drink.

3.Skipping exercise
Exercise is the most important thing one must follow for a fit and healthy lifestyle.Before this lock down,people used to go to gym or have a personalized trainer to keep themselves fit.But now,as we are in quarantine,we fail to take care of our body.Many people complain that they don't have sufficient equipment at home to workout. It's definitely not a problem guys.There are many exercises that you can easily do at home without the use of any equipment.Start with a simple exercise.Once you get used to it,you can try the harder ones."You cannot become Chloe ting in 2 weeks".Consistency is the key to success.Stick to a routine,follow it sincerely,you can definitely achieve it.

4.Watching news
After reading the heading,you may wonder What? Should I stop watching news?
Are you kidding?But yes,you read it right.
During this pandemic, these news channels keep posting flash news regarding the cases and deaths that make us freak out.I have a friend of mine who used to watch the news for one hour and worry about it for three hours. My reply for those kind of people is,"Please don't watch news.For the next time,if you need to know about anything, contact me.I ll tell you the updates.Why to watch it and then worry about it.Better don't watch it.

Hey guys, Today I am going to open up about something that was stuck in my mind for quite a long time. So, wanna pour it out before it's too late:)) 2020 is about to end. We are in the last few days of 2020 and it is not just like any other year in our life. For some people,it was happy as they got a break from their mundane life. And for some other it was not so good as they expected it to be at the beginning of the year ( smiling in pain ) due to Covid. But, 2020 definitely taught us a lot of lessons in this lockdown. We are not the same person as we were at the start of the year.  So, before getting excited for the New year, let's ask these questions to ourselves. Are you ready for 2021? A whole new year is waiting for you. Are you ready to face it? Are you going to bring about a change in your life in 2021 or you are going to pass it just like any other year!!
